How to determine the suction pressure when selecting a vacuum pump in an alumina plant?

When selecting DVE vacuum pumps, alumina plants should pay attention to the following points when considering suction pressure:
①Because the filter is too high in carbonation decomposition rate (commonly known as "too big"), the slurry is suspended, sticking to the filter cloth like jelly, it is difficult to filter, and the vacuum degree increases rapidly.
②The size of the aluminum hydroxide particles in the slurry from the carbon separation tank of the sintering alumina production system is uneven, especially containing some ultrafine aluminum hydroxide particles, which can easily block the filter cloth, and the sintering aluminum hydroxide slurry is easy to filter The tightness of the cloth will increase the degree of vacuum rapidly.
③Due to the loss along the way, the suction pressure at the filter is always lower than the suction pressure at the inlet of the DVE vacuum pump.
According to the experience data of each workshop of our company, the loss is about 0.005MPa. Other accidents may occur. The flat plate filter has experienced a rapid increase in vacuum when washing the filter cloth. Therefore, the suction pressure of the pump should be selected with more margin than normal.
