How to install a suitable vacuum line for the vacuum pump?

The vacuum pipeline is an important part of the vacuum extruder of the vacuum pump. It mainly includes the air filter (such as gas, oil, and water separator) installed in the intake pipe of the vacuum pump, the muffler installed in the exhaust port of the vacuum pump, and the vacuum gauge and other vacuum pipelines. . Practical production experience has shown that the selection of suitable vacuum pipelines is beneficial to the normal operation of the vacuum extruder, and it is easy to obtain high-quality bricks and tiles. Generally, the longer the vacuum pipeline, the greater the resistance and local resistance along the way, and the vacuum obtained by the vacuum extruder cannot be very high.
Therefore, the length of the vacuum pipeline should be shortened as much as possible. It is best to install the vacuum pump nearby or in the vacuum extruder (only for small vacuum pumps), so as not to affect the operation of the vacuum pump and the vacuum extruder. The principle of maintenance and repair, and the diameter of the vacuum pipeline should be selected according to the regulations of the vacuum pump, and bend pipelines, elbows and tees should be used as little as possible. At the same time, pipe joints with reliable sealing and convenient connection should be adopted.
Only in this way can it be ensured that the vacuum extruder obtains a higher degree of vacuum. It should be noted that the brick factory is different from the chemical factory and the food factory in that the air in the mud is extracted, which contains more dust particles. If it is not removed, the relevant parts of the pump will be severely worn. For the vacuum pump with oil as the working medium, due to the closed loop, the continuously deposited dust will erode the parts and make the oil gradually thicker, which will cause difficulty in flow and reduce the pumping capacity, and in the worst case, the machine will be blocked and unable to work.
Therefore, an "air filter" should be installed on the suction pipe to intercept the dust in the airflow and prevent it from entering the vacuum pump. The filter should not only have low resistance and good filtering effect, but also have a simple structure, easy assembly, disassembly and cleaning, small size, and a pumping capacity greater than that of a vacuum pump, so as not to form a "bottleneck" and affect the pumping efficiency of the pump. Since the resistance of the gas flowing in the pipeline is proportional to the length of the pipeline, and inversely proportional to the cross-sectional area of the pipeline, the diameter of the pumping and exhausting pipes must not be smaller than the equipment under the premise of easy operation and maintenance. The apertures of the intake and exhaust ports on the upper side. The shorter and straighter the pipe, the fewer joints, the better. The entire system should be unblocked and leak-free to ensure the pumping rate.
