1. The method of treating waste oil of vacuum pump with activated clay
After the vacuum pump is stopped, the waste oil can be discharged into the waste oil tank. The waste oil tank is equipped with a serpentine steam heater to evaporate and remove the water in the waste oil. It is heated indirectly with steam, and the heating temperature is less than 110°C. If the temperature is higher than 110℃, the oil will fission. After the waste oil is heated, the oil viscosity will decrease, so that the sewage pump will settle down naturally, remove part of the oil residue, and release it from the bottom of the sewage oil fold. The upper oil is pumped out by the oil pump and sent to the purification tank. The purification tank is a conical tank with a stirring device and is installed on the upper part of the sedimentation tank. The activated clay is added from the upper part of the purification tank. Under the stirring action, the activated clay absorbs the sundries (dust residue and water) in the waste oil, After stirring for a period of time, it is put into the lower settling tank for clarification. The clarified oil residue is discharged from the bottom of the settling tank, and the upper oil, turbid oil and oil pump are pumped out and sent to the oil pressure filter for pressure filtration. The purified vacuum pump oil is sent to the high-level oil tank for storage, and then sent to the vacuum pump for use. In the high-level tank, the steam indirect heating pipe can be set or not set according to the air temperature in different regions. The filtered oil residue is discarded. Using the above method to treat waste vacuum pump oil has the advantages of simple method and convenient operation. As long as the temperature can be controlled well during the treatment process, the vacuum pump oil is not easy to deteriorate.

2. The process of neutralizing the waste oil of vacuum pump with acid and alkali
After the pump is stopped, the waste oil enters the waste oil storage tank and settles naturally. After a period of time, the accumulated waste oil is pumped to the evaporation tank to evaporate the water. When evaporating, a small amount of sulfuric acid is usually added to the waste oil, and then the temperature is heated and boiled. , and keep stirring. The evaporation tank is a tank with a stirrer. Stir for about 2 hours. As the waste oil continues to roll, the steam escapes, so that the waste oil, which was originally milky yellow or milky white, gradually changes its color from turbid to clear. Brighten, darken. Then measure its specific gravity and compare it with the new oil. If it is roughly the same, it can be considered that the evaporation is over, and then add a small amount of alkali to the evaporated oil until it is neutral.

The evaporated oil is poured into the cleaning tank, and then passed through the oil filter to remove the oil residue in the oil, and then sent to the high-level tank of the clean oil by the oil pump for use. The consumption of waste oil is supplemented by new oil.

The above two methods of waste oil treatment are commonly used in silicon thermal magnesium smelting plants. After the waste oil is discharged in each shift in production, the purified oil is pumped into the vacuum pump, and the cycle is used repeatedly to ensure the reduction of the waste oil.
