Problems in the use of medical vacuum negative pressure station system

The medical vacuum negative pressure system will have more or less problems in use. After checking the system by our company’s technicians, it is found that the system has the following problems:
(1) Improper selection of DVE vacuum pump.
The DVE vacuum pump is a domestic SK-6 water ring type DVE vacuum pump. The pump adopts a packing and packing seal method. After the DVE vacuum pump is repeatedly started several times a day, the sealing is not tight, the water leakage is serious, and the pumping pressure drops, which causes the DVE vacuum pump. Each time the system runs longer, the power consumption increases.
(2) The design of the intake system of the DVE vacuum pump is imperfect.
Due to the hard water quality in the north, the cooling circulating water will flow back after the system has been in operation for several years, which repeatedly causes the inflatable solenoid valve core to adhere to scale and particulate impurities, so that the inflatable solenoid valve is not tightly closed and the system operation failure rate increases.
(3) The installation of the gas-water separator is unreasonable.
In order to ensure that the cooling circulating water is controlled at 25~35°C, the original system adopts the method of uninterrupted water replenishment and discharge. It is estimated that the average daily water consumption is as high as 13 tons, resulting in an increase in water consumption.
(4) Irregular installation of cooling water circulation system.
The connecting pipe neck of the cooling water circulation system is small, the water flow rate is low, and the water supply volume of the DVE vacuum pump is small. As a result, the cooling circulation water temperature of the negative pressure system is often extremely high (the water temperature can reach 65°C), and it also further causes the calcium and magnesium ions in the water system. Due to the fouling phenomenon, the suction capacity of the DVE vacuum pump is greatly reduced, forming a vicious circle.
