Use of reciprocating vacuum pump
(1) Before driving, ensure that electrical switches, interlocks, indicating instruments, valves, control and safety accessories are complete, sensitive, accurate and reliable.
(2) Before starting the main engine, the circulating oil pump, the oil injection pump and the cooling water pump should be started first, and the specified pressure and flow should be reached.
(3) Turn the crank for a few turns. Check whether the rotating mechanism is normal and whether there is any noise in the cylinder.
(4) Switch the relevant valves on and off according to the requirements of the regulations.
(5) When adjusting the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve and intake valve of the cylinders at all levels should be opened at the same time, and the phenomenon of evacuation and pressure holding should not occur.
(6) Frequently check whether there is leakage of each connecting nozzle and gland, the temperature of bearings, slideways and packing, the exhaust pressure and temperature of the cylinders at all levels, and whether there is abnormal friction and impact sound in the cylinder . If hidden dangers are found, they should be dealt with in time.
(7) Regularly check whether there is vibration of the fuselage, pipeline and tomb foundation, and whether the connecting bolts of various parts are loose. Such problems should be resolved immediately.
(8) Emergency shutdown should be performed in the following situations:
① When encountering power failure, water failure and oil failure;
② When the temperature of the stuffing box and bearing exceeds the specification and smoke occurs;
③ When the motor makes a "humming" sound, emits a burning smell or emits sparks;
④ When the fuselage vibrates strongly and the vibration reduction measures are ineffective;
⑤ When serious air leakage is found in the cylinder block, valve and pipeline;
⑥ When there is a major accident on the relevant post and equipment or when the dispatcher is notified of emergency shutdown.
