Why is the vacuum degree of the water ring vacuum pump reduced in summer?

The vacuum degree of the vacuum pump (especially the water ring vacuum pump) is always unreachable. It has been fine before, but suddenly the vacuum degree has dropped a lot. What is the reason?

(1) Under the summer working conditions, the water ring vacuum pump uses circulating water to cool the working water, and the suction capacity of the vacuum pump is often reduced and the efficiency is reduced due to the high temperature of the circulating water. Through analysis, using the chilled water in the power plant central air-conditioning to cool the working water of the water-ring vacuum pump improves the vacuum of the condenser, and the economic effect is considerable.

(2) When other conditions remain unchanged, the lower the working water temperature, the smaller the impact on the vacuum, and the higher the working water temperature, the greater the impact on the vacuum.

(3) For the double back pressure condenser, due to the low pressure of the condenser corresponding to the low-pressure condenser, it is easy to occur that the limit suction pressure of the water ring pump is higher than the pressure of the condenser, so special attention should be paid to it. Pay attention to the influence of the increase of the working water temperature of the water ring vacuum pump on the low pressure condenser.

(4) Under low load conditions, it is better to reduce the temperature of the working water to improve the vacuum of the condenser.
