Why is the vacuum pump overloaded?

Combined with the installation form and working principle of the vacuum pump, analyze the reasons for the overload and low efficiency of the vacuum pump:
(1) The influence of foundation installation on the equipment itself.
The quality of equipment foundation installation has a great influence on the quality of equipment operation. Improper placement of the shim pad can easily cause the anchor bolts of the equipment to hang in the air. During the alignment and tightening process, the anchor bolts are suspended in the air, and tightening the anchor bolts will cause the crosshead slide in the crankcase to deform, and the crosshead will reciprocate in the slideway. The load is increased due to obstruction during operation.
The structural design of the W5 reciprocating vacuum pump is that the cylinder body is at one end of the body. The cylinder body is heavier with pistons and intake and exhaust valves. If the lower support or upper hanger of the cylinder body is not considered in the basic design, the cylinder body will be in In the suspended state, the dead weight of the cylinder will cause the deformation of the crankcase slide and the difference in concentricity between the cylinder and the slide, so that the crosshead is blocked when reciprocating in the slide and the piston is blocked when reciprocating in the cylinder, causing the load to increase. Big.
According to the above analysis, the inspection found that the cylinder end of the vacuum pump is slightly lower than the crankcase end, the shim at the cylinder end is less, and the crosshead slide is deformed after the anchor bolts are tightened, causing the crosshead to reciprocate in the slide and the piston in the cylinder. When the time is blocked, the load increases, which is one of the reasons that cause the motor to overheat.
(2) Cylinder block and valve coking
Affected by the process, the cylinder block and valve body of the reciprocating pump are prone to coking. Coking of the cylinder block and piston will cause the piston to be blocked when reciprocating in the cylinder body and increase the load; the coking of the valve body will cause poor exhaust and the valve flap will not close. Strict, increase the load, the vacuum is low; the coking at the clearance of the cylinder block will also cause the piston to hit the cylinder and increase the load. The inspection found that the cylinder and the valve plate are coking, which is the main reason for the low vacuum.
